Luminox Unveils ‘The Guardian’ In Honour of The Navy SEAL Foundation’s Mission

March 2026 | Switzerland – Luminox has launched ‘The Guardian’, a new limited edition 45mm, CARBONOX™ tactical timepiece to honour the work of the Navy SEAL Foundation with a unique feature on the dial.

The Swiss Made watch brand, renowned for its deep-rooted military heritage, partnered with the Navy SEAL Foundation in 2020. At the heart of the new Navy SEAL Foundation 3500 watch lies the foundation’s logo coated in Super-LumiNova® at 6 o’clock, which glows brightly in the dark. More than a visual signature, the luminous emblem is a tribute to the foundation’s mission to bring light, guidance, and hope to those who have given so much, a message most visible when darkness falls.

Built on the proven platform of the Navy SEAL Foundation 3500 Series, ‘The Guardian’ delivers uncompromising performance rooted in Luminox’s collaboration with the SEALs. The watch features a robust 45mm case in the brand’s proprietary material CARBONOX™, a unidirectional rotating bezel, and a precise Swiss Quartz movement, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. Like all Luminox watches, it’s equipped with Luminox Light Technology (LLT), which guarantees constant readability in complete darkness and the harshest environments on earth. The design is elevated by its blue and gold color combination, drawn directly from the Navy SEAL Foundation’s logo, reinforcing the bond between purpose and performance.

“From the very beginning, this watch was curated as a tribute rather than a product,” says the Group Product Director at Luminox, Pierrick Marcoux. “The Navy SEAL Foundation does extraordinary work in supporting service men and women. With ‘The Guardian’, we wanted to create something that symbolically reflects that mission…a watch that quite literally shines a light in the dark as a statement of respect, remembrance, and ongoing support.”

‘The Guardian’ is not simply a timepiece, it’s a statement of solidarity. It honours service, acknowledges sacrifice, and reflects a shared commitment between Luminox and the Navy SEAL Foundation to support those who need light in the darkest moments.

Limited to only 961 pieces worldwide, ‘The Guardian’ pays tribute to the year 1961, when the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams were officially established. This deliberate limitation reinforces the watch’s commemorative character and underscores Luminox’s longstanding connection to the elite community it has supported for decades.
