Team Sprayway has claimed first place in the
2025 Youth Adventure Trust Hike Bike Paddle
Challenge, completing the demanding multi discipline course in 4:07:55. The team delivered
a standout performance, finishing first in
both the hike and bike stages before pushing
through the final paddleboard section to take
the overall win.
The event took place in the stunning
surroundings of Eryri National Park and
brought together teams from across the
outdoor industry to raise funds for the Youth
Adventure Trust. The challenge covered a
tough hike to the summit of Moel Siabod, a
lengthy on- and off-road bike section, and a
team stand-up paddle to the finish line. With
hot, humid conditions and relentless midges, it
proved a true test of endurance and teamwork.
Despite the tough environment, the Sprayway team pulled together with determination, resilience, and good humour. It was a serious effort across every stage of the event, and the
result is a testament to the strength and spirit at the heart of the brand. We are incredibly proud of everyone involved.
Importantly, the challenge raised vital funds for the Youth Adventure Trust, a charity that supports vulnerable young people aged 11 to 16 through outdoor experiences and long term mentoring. The Trust helps young people develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills, empowering them to overcome challenges and take positive steps towards a brighter future.
