Following the strong sales performance of the Armor Watch Pro, Ulefone has introduced the Armor Watch Ultra, its latest multisport GPS rugged smartwatch. Featuring a large 1.93-inch AMOLED display, built-in GPS, offline maps and an integrated Super Torch, the new model brings practical outdoor tools and everyday connectivity to the wrist, with prices starting from US$99.99.
The 1.93-inch AMOLED screen provides a spacious viewing area for workout data, messages and maps. It features a 368 × 448 resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 600 nits, while Corning Gorilla Glass 3 adds protection against scratches. The display brings a larger viewing experience to a device users can wear throughout their daily routines and outdoor activities.
For hikers, runners and outdoor enthusiasts, built-in GPS with AGPS support enables activity route recording, while offline maps make map information accessible directly on the watch. A compass, barometer and altimeter add further outdoor utility. The built-in Super Torch provides convenient wrist-mounted lighting for early starts, evening walks or finding items around a campsite.
The watch’s rugged construction includes a metal frame and a protective structure around its buttons and flashlight. Ulefone lists IP68 and IP69K ratings, 5ATM water resistance and MIL-STD-810H durability standards. Both orange and black straps are included, allowing users to switch between a brighter outdoor look and a more understated everyday style.
Armor Watch Ultra also offers more than 160 sports modes and Strava connectivity. Its activity and wellness features include heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, heart rate variability and stress tracking, bringing workout records and everyday wellness information together in one wearable. Users can also personalize the display with more than 100 watch faces.
When paired with a compatible smartphone, the watch supports Bluetooth calling and notifications. Android users can reply to WhatsApp messages using voice-to-text, emojis or quick replies, making brief interactions more convenient without repeatedly reaching for a phone. WhatsApp replies are currently unavailable on iOS.
A 700mAh battery supports up to eight days of typical use, according to Ulefone, reducing the need for daily charging. Actual battery life varies with settings and usage.
